Hi, I'm Amy. And I love coaching

I love the concept in coaching that all the answers are within you. Nothing I can tell you will ever be better than the wisdom and insight you already hold.My role as a coach is not to teach you or tell you what to do. It's to help you access the clarity that's already within you.I'm an Autistic ADHDer. I completed my coach training with Kingstown College and I am currently working through my Neurodiversity Inclusion Coaching qualification with In Good Company. Both programmes are ICF accredited and I practice within the ethics and standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I currently coach within the HSE national coaching service.

It's hard to solve the problem, in the problem. It's hard to move past the stuck, inside the stuck. Coaching helps you step outside and gain new awareness and a fresh perspective.
